Delete Your Account — Salla

This page explains how to delete your Salla account and the personal data associated with it. Salla ("we", "us") operates the Salla mobile app, which helps people discover and book event halls (salles des fêtes) across Algeria.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the Salla app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account at mandm.salah66@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
Your booking requests, visit requests, and favorite venues.
For venue owners: your venue listings, descriptions, prices, availability, and uploaded photos.
Your authentication credentials.

What data may be kept, and for how long

We delete or anonymize your personal data promptly upon deletion. We may retain a limited amount of information only where required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes, and only for as long as necessary for those purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
